1.- General Terms and Conditions:

Roller Store owns and operate this Website. This document governs your relationship as a USER with Roller Store. Access to and use of this Website and the products and services available through this Website (collectively, the "Services") are subject to the following terms, conditions and notices (the "Terms of Service"). By using the Services, you are agreeing to all of the Terms of Service, as may be updated by us from time to time. You should check this page regularly to take notice of any changes we may have made to the Terms of Service. The present T&Cs are applied unrestrictedly to all sales made by Cauber Rolling S.L. (herein within referred as Roller Store), located in calle Alfonso X el Sabio Nº6 local 4, 50006 Zaragoza (C.I.F. number B-99452336, as registered on the Registro Mercantil de Zaragoza, to customers who purchase the products advertised in our Website: www.rollerstore.es, primarily serving around the territory of Spain.

When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgement e-mail confirming receipt of your order: this email will only be an acknowledgement and will not constitute acceptance of your order. A contract between us will not be formed until we send you confirmation by e-mail that the goods which you ordered have been dispatched to you. Only those goods listed in the confirmation e-mail sent at the time of dispatch will be included in the contract formed.

2.- Price treatment

Whilst we try and ensure that all details, descriptions and prices which appear on this Website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any goods which you have ordered we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.

3.- Payment methods:

Upon receiving your order we will offer you a choice of three payment methods for your Roller Store purchase. You will find the necessary information throughout the process and will receive the opportunity to input your billing information for each of the options:

Bank transfer

You will receive all the necessary information for the payment when you choose this payment method. When fulfilling the money transfer, please remember to always include your own billing information as well as the order number obtained during the shopping process. L. and in order to further speed the process, feel free to choose a Banco Santander office and emailing us the receipt to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.. Transferring the money through a different bank may take up to two days. Regardless, the order will not be considered effective until our administrative department receives confirmation of the transfer. All payments must be made in EURO currency, with all transfer rates and service commissions being responsibility of the USER. Otherwise, Roller Store may freeze the status of your delivery until all customs have been cleared, or cancel and refund the entire order.

Cash on delivery

Cash will be handed over delivery of the merchandise. This method of payment carries a 3% increase over the grand total (minimum amount 1,5 €). Available only for deliveries within the Iberian Peninsula and the Balearic Islands.

PayPal

It is also possible to pay using the secure systems of Paypal. This method of payment carries a 4% increase over the grand total.

4.- Product:

The product offered on this website and all deals are valid for as long as supplies last. Roller Store reserves the right to change the stock in reaction to our supply chain. All product images shown in the website are supplied by the licensor and are offered only as an orientation.

Warranty: All of our articles are guaranteed to be free of defects. If you choose to return the product because you are claiming that it is defective, we will examine the returned product and will notify you of our findings and confirm whether you are entitled to a refund on the grounds that the product was defective. Defective products returned by you will be refunded in full. We are not, however, responsible for any damage due to faulty user manipulation, and those are not covered by our warranty.

5.- Delivery process:

All delivery costs for orders above 50€ will be waived and free of charge for the USER. For totals below 50€, a flat 5€ fee will be applied

1. Delivery will be made to the address of the registered debit/ credit card holder used to place the order.

2. By default, invoices will be sent to the email address provided by the USER when signing up to Roller Store’s website.

3. There will be no processing or delivery of items during Saturdays, Sundays bank or public holidays.

4. This delay will not however entitle a customer to any refund.

5. A delivery is considered completed once the courier hands the parcel to the USER, requesting a signature for confirmation. The USER is in turn responsible for checking the merchandise for any possible damage and promptly inform Roller Store of the situation, so further action can be taken.

Deliveries to the Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla also must be set up on an individual basis. Our logistics department will always offer you a quote as soon as possible. Articles are typically delivered between one and three days, providing the item is not backordered.

6.- Refunds and cancellations policy:

Merchandise returns

Our policy, according to local law, is to allow returns of merchandise within the first 15 natural days of item delivery. For a return to be made, the article should be returned in mint condition and the complete, undamaged original packaging. As soon as confirmation of this is made, we will proceed to refund your money. Any discounts and vouchers will not be refunded. In a maximum of 15 days from us receiving your returned items, Roller Store will process the refund. Before any return is made, you must confirm with us in written your reason to return the product. If an item was defective, we will take care of all shipment costs associated. If the reason is you not being happy with your purchase, unfortunately we will be unable to refund your shipping costs.

Cancelling an order

If an order cancellation reaches us before the merchandise is shipped, it will be free of cost to the USER. In case of the cancellation happening after a shipment is made the USER will be charged with shipping and return costs.
